We are currently enrolling for our gender exploration and adult ADHD skills training groups. ADHD group is scheduled for Thursdays at 6:30PM via Secure Telehealth system. Our Adult ADHD Skills & Support Group is intended both for patients with a formal diagnosis of ADHD and those who feel they meet criteria and would like to learn more about the condition. We will focus on education, support, and understanding, and explore weekly topics including time management, executive dysfunction, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and medication and treatment. This group is structured around a neurodiversity model, and will maintain a strengths-based focus. We will develop understanding of each individual’s needs and collaborate towards building sustaining structures and environments. This is a space to address shame and stigma with curiosity, build insight into individual difference, and engage in the practice of acceptance.
